The first step in the process is to discuss the project scope. This involves reviewing a description of the design concept, materials, desired views, and time schedule. After the purpose and goal of each rendering is discussed, a set of preliminary drawings is forwarded to Anderson Digital. Preliminary drawings include floor plans, elevations, site and landscape plans, and details.

A brief proposal for architectural modeling and rendering services is prepared by Anderson Digital and forwarded to the client for review and signature.

Upon acceptance of the proposal, material samples are shipped or scanned and emailed to Anderson Digital, along with any additional details describing the design.

The computer model is created using Autodesk VIZ. Low-resolution renders of each view are generated and forwarded to the client for review and comment.

After addressing all comments, the final high-resolution renders are completed. The image is refined and enhanced in Adobe Photoshop.
