The first step in the process is to discuss the project scope. This involves reviewing a description of the design concept, materials, desired views, and time schedule. After the purpose and goal of each rendering is discussed, a set of preliminary drawings is forwarded to Anderson Digital. Preliminary drawings include floor plans, elevations, site and landscape plans, and details. |

A brief proposal for architectural modeling and rendering services is prepared by Anderson Digital and forwarded to the client for review and signature. |

Upon acceptance of the proposal, material samples are shipped or scanned and emailed to Anderson Digital, along with any additional details describing the design. |

The computer model is created using Autodesk VIZ. Low-resolution renders of each view are generated and forwarded to the client for review and comment. |
|||||
After addressing all comments, the final high-resolution renders are completed. The image is refined and enhanced in Adobe Photoshop. |
